1. Return Period
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Personal care, cosmetics, sale items, and used products cannot be returned.
4. Return Approval
All returns must be approved by our support team before sending the product back.
5. Proof Required
Photos or videos may be required for damage or issue verification.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
7. Processing Time
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after item inspection.
8. Exchange Option
Exchanges are allowed if the requested item is still in stock.
9. Wrong or Damaged Product
Report any wrong or damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
10. Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping charges apply unless the product delivered is defective or incorrect.
